BEFORE YOU MAKE A SUPPORT REQUEST

We offer support for Hipster Weaver Project theme files only.

We also support for any stacks that are provided by Hipster Weaver for products like Vortex Menu.

We do not provide support for RapidWeaver or Stacks not developed by Hipster Weaver.

1, Check vlogs & faq

All Hipster Weaver theme files have blog support videos to help you use them. If you are having an issue with the theme file always check the blogs and FAQ's on the product page.

2, Is it a stack issue?

9 out of 10 times support requests are related to a stacks conflict or and issue outside of Hipster Weavers control. We do not offer support for stacks outside of our own menu stacks so please go to the developer of the stack you are having trouble with.

3, Clear explanations please

Please explain in simple clear terms what exactly the problem is.

Stack 'A' does this when I use it with stack 'B'. Stack 'C' does not appear on the page when it is placed below stack 'D' - are very simplistic but ideal examples.

It is also of a great help if you exhaling what setting you have changed. This is a massive timesaver during the support process. Please remember that you have been looking at your page for a long time and are familiar with it.
